Happy Friday! Today, as it’s the end of the month, I thought it would be the perfect time to do my August favorites. I tried out quite a few things this month and I feel like I have a pretty good mix, so let’s get into it.
Starting with beauty I have a few favorites from my August BoxyCharm box, and if you haven’t read that I’ll link it below. My first Boxy favorite is the MineTan Body Skin Hydra Glow Sleep Serum. This has a triple action hyaluronic acid formula with time release technology so it moisturizes while you sleep and is supposed to give you glowing skin when you wake up. I really like this, it sinks in super quickly, my skin feels really soft and moisturized and I can see that it’s more glowy. I will say that the first time I went to use this the pump was broken, but I managed to MacGyver it and it works great now. If you’re looking for a new nighttime serum I would recommend giving this a try.
My next Boxy favorite is the Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later Eye Primer. I was interested to see how this would compare to my favorite eye primers, Too Faced and Pretty Vulgar, and it’s just as good. This is quick drying, dries down clear, is cruelty free and not only locks in your eyeshadow all day but enhances the shadow.
My second to last Boxy favorite is from the Trestique Summer Glow + Go Set and it’s the Maldives Luminescent highlighter. This highlighter is so good. It’s a gorgeous champagney shade, buildable and has a fantastic glow. I’ve been using this under my brows and in the inner corner of my eyes as well and it works so perfectly everywhere you put it. I don’t always like a cream highlighter, but this one is really creamy and blends out nicely. Definitely recommend this if you’re in the market for a new highlighter.
My last Boxy favorite is the Clarins Lip Perfector in 03 Velvet Red. So this is a liquid lipstick with a moussey texture and a velvet finish. This is deep red in color but you can see it has some berry undertones. This feels really light on the lips, it’s long lasting and because of the shea butter it does leave your lips feeling hydrated. I wasn’t sure if I would really like the cushion applicator, but I do. It applies the product evenly and smoothly.
And my last beauty favorite is two of the Huda Beauty Liquid Matte Lipsticks. I did a review of two of the liquid matte mini sets, Au Naturel Nudes and Blushed Nudes, so I have a favorite from each. The first is from Au Naturel Nudes and it’s Sugar Mama. This is a peachy nude and it’s definitely true peach in color.
My favorite from the Blushed Nudes set is Muse. This is so pretty, it’s deep rose in color and it looks so pretty on.
Moving on I have a racing favorite and it’s the Indy 500. This year the 500 was very different than years past, but it was still super fun to watch and action packed. The USAF Thunderbirds did the flyover, Roger Penske gave the “Start Your Engines” command, there were great battles for position and ultimately Takuma Sato took home the victory, so huge congrats to him.
And my last favorite is a music favorite. It’s my Summer Rewind playlist that Spotify put together for me. It has a good mix of my favorite songs, specifically those I’ve been loving during the summer months and I’m enjoying it.
That about wraps it up for this post, if we had any of the same favorites this month let me know and if not I’d love to know what your August favorites were.
Until next time, enjoy your favorites and I hope you had a great August :).
I received my August BoxyCharm box yesterday and I thought that today would be the perfect day to go through it. The theme for this month is Boxy Glamping, which is a great theme as for the late summer months.
So the first product we have is my choice item for the month, the Dr. Brandt Pores No More Pore Purifying Cleanser. This is a cleanser that removes your makeup, residue and any dead skin you may have while also getting rid of sebum and decongesting your pores. This says it will leave your skin feeling mattified and fresh but it won’t dry it out. This is a product I’ve heard a lot of good things about, so I’m excited to try it and I’ll let you guys know what I think.
The next product we have is the Minetan Body Skin Hydra Glow Sleep Serum. This has a triple action hyaluronic acid formula that works in a time release fashion so you get layers of hydration as you sleep. This is supposed to instantly absorb when you put it on and will not only leave your skin super hydrated but super glowy when you wake up. I really like the idea of this, so I’m interested to try it out and see how I like it.
Moving on we have the Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later Eye Primer. This primer says it will enhance your eyeshadow and keep it locked in from day to night so you don’t have to worry, dries quickly and transparent. It’s also cruelty free. I love a good eye primer and I do have a couple of favorites, so I’m interested to see how this one compares.
The second to last product we have is the Trestique Summer Glow + Go Set. This is a mini set of Trestique’s best selling shades of highlight stick, blush stick, eyeshadow crayon and brow pencil. The highlighter is in the shade Maldives Luminescent and it’s an absolutely gorgeous champagney shade with just the right amount of shimmer and a great glow when it hits the light. I was looking to buy another highlighter in a shade like this, so this is perfect. The blush is in the shade Moroccan Rose. It’s a nice rosey shade that leans towards the natural side and appears to be very buildable. I don’t usually like blush sticks, but I’ll try this one out and see how I feel. The eyeshadow crayon is in the shade Tahitian Shimmer and it’s a unique shadow. It does have a nice amount of shimmer and went on really creamy. It’s a mix of a brown/gold/bronze. It’s a very pretty shadow. And the brown pencil is in the shadow Americano. It’s a nice medium brown in a warmer tone. I like the triangle shape of the pencil and how you can get in there and be precise.
And the last product we have is the Clarins Velvet Lip Perfector in 03 Velvet Red. This is a liquid lipstick with a moussey texture and a velvety finish. In tone this is a deeper red, but you can tell it has berry undertones. It has shea butter to condition and nourish your lips so they feel hydrated for hours after application. Based on the swatch I can tell this is super pigmented and it felt really light on my hand so I assume it will feel light on the lips. This also has one of those cushion applicators, and I don’t have a lot of lip products with that style of applicator so hopefully it applies as well as others.
That about wraps it up for this post, if you guys got any of the same products in your August BoxyCharm box let me know and if not I’d love to know what you did get.
Until next time, enjoy your products and I can’t wait to see what I get in my September box :).
As it’s the end of the month I thought it would be a good time to do my May favorites. I tried quite a few new things this month, so I have a good mix. That being said, let’s get into it.
Starting with beauty, I started BoxyCharm and because I subscribed at the very end of April I got my April box in May along with my May box, meaning I have favorites from both. I will of course link both of those posts down below if you haven’t read them. The first is the Pretty Vulgar Uncaged Eyeshadow Primer. My go to eyeshadow primer is the Too Faced Shadow Insurance, but this one is now up there as a go to. It’s on the thicker side and has a fade proof and crease proof translucent finish that really does make my shadow last all day and brings out the vibrance.
My second beauty favorite is the Murad Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisture for eyes. This has hyaluronic acid and algae extract for smoothness, to seal in moisture and help in reducing the look of fine lines and wrinkles. This has quickly become a favorite of mine. I’ve been using this since I got it and I do feel like I can see a difference. I’ve used a few different Murad products and they’re honestly all great. I definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a new eye cream.
My second to last BoxyCharm favorite is the Alamar Cosmetics Colorete Blush Trio in Medium-Tan. In this palette you get three blushes, hence blush trio, but you have Seclusion which is an orangey/peach shade, Isla which is a coral and Toasted, a rosey pink. These blushes are all very pretty. They’re buildable, blend out nicely and are quite pigmented without being too much.
My last BoxyCharm favorite is the Vintage By Jessica Liebeskind Cashmere Lip Pencil in Mocha. This is honestly a great lip pencil. It’s in a really nice medium brown that goes super well with most of my current nudey/brown lipsticks. I’ve also worn this on it’s own all over my lips, it goes on really smooth and has great staying power.
And my last, non Boxy favorite is the e.l.f. Bite Size eyeshadow palette in Truffles. This palette is a mix of darker neutrals, browns and blacks. There is a lot of versatility in this palette and I’ve worn it a few times since talking about it. I also ordered the rest of the Bite Size palettes I was missing and got them yesterday, so look for part four of the Bite Size series soon.
Moving on, I have a food favorite and it’s the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Popcorn. Flamin’ Hot Cheetos are one of my favorite snacks and I love popcorn, so when I saw these I was intrigued. These don’t have as much of that vinegar pop that you get with the Cheetos, but they have a good heat and will leave your fingers that bright red-orange.
And my last favorite, a music favorite, is the 20th Anniversary Edition of B.B. King and Eric Clapton’s Riding With The King album. This comes out on June 26th, but it’s available for pre-order now on CD, 2 LP and Digital. Along with being remastered, this album has also been expanded. So you get two unreleased tracks, Rollin’ and Tumblin’ and Let Me Love You Baby. I have the original CD, but I’ve pre-ordered this. Rollin’ and Tumblin’ has been released on Spotify and I think it’s great. Eric has done a few versions of this song over the years and this one fits in perfectly with the rest of the album and I’m glad they decided to add it in now.
That about wraps it up for this post, if we had any of the same favorites let me know and if not I’d love to know what your May favorites were.
Until next time, enjoy your favorites and I hope you had a great May :).
The other day I received my May BoxyCharm Box and I thought today would be the perfect day to go through it. From what I understand there’s typically supposed to be a little card that says a theme and has prices for all the products, but I didn’t get one in this box so I don’t know what the theme is for this month.
So the first product we have is the Daily Concepts Shampoo Bar. This has aloe, which helps to moisturize and balance along with soothing hair and scalp. Nopal Cactus, which helps to protect and nourish hair. And avocado oil to help with natural shine and elasticity. I could smell this through the box and it has that very natural, health food store smell. I’m pretty selective with what I put on my hair, but I’m interested by this.
The next product we have is the Ayam BeautyCare Dead Sea Minerals + Vitamin C Serum Makeup Remover Wipes. These are cruelty free with no artificial dyes, no parabens and no phthalates. These say that they remove everything, kiss proof, long lasting, waterproof, etc and leave the skin brightened and moisturized. I don’t use makeup wipes a lot on my face, I typically use them for removing swatches, and that’s the test that I did on these. They did get all the makeup off my arm and they smell really good. This is not an ad or a sponsored post, but Ayam BeautyCare reached out to me on Instagram and gave me a discount code. So if you go to their website and use BOXYFAM you’ll get 30% off your order.
Moving on we have the GlamGlow BerryGlow Probiotic Recovery Mask. This mask has a bunch of incredible things in it. Jojoba Oil, hyaluronic acid and shea butter for hydrating and protecting your skin’s moisture barrier. A blend of blueberry, cranberry and goji berry extracts along with vitamins to nurture the skin. And Lactobacillus ferment probiotic to support and help balance your skin’s microbiome. I really like GlamGlow masks and this one smells really good, so I’m excited to try it out.
The second to last product we have is the Pretty Vulgar Uncaged Eyeshadow Primer. This primer is infused with mineral rich clay to absorb any excess oil and has a fade proof, crease proof translucent finish that will make your eyeshadow more long wearing and vibrant. I’m always interested in a good eyeshadow primer and I have yet to try out anything from Pretty Vulgar, so I’ll let you guys know what I think.
And the last product we have is the Studio Makeup Ease-To-Wear Eyeshadow Palette. This is a 9 pan, neutral palette with a mix of mattes and shimmers. This palette is similar to and reminds me of the Urban Decay Naked Reloaded Palette in tone and color story. I wouldn’t call it a dupe, but I think it would be a good alternative. The UD Naked Reloaded is 12 pans and $44.00 and this one is 9 pans and $35.00. I did swatch this on my arm and at first the mattes were a little powdery, but they definitely seem workable and I think the shimmery shades are nicely pigmented. The first fives shadows we have are Sheen, which is a light almost champagney color. Then we have Flaxen, a medium brown shimmer, next to that is Bare, a light almost gray/brown matte. Gilded is next and that is a light shimmery brown and Wicked, a dark chocolatey brown shimmer.
The next four starts with Lace, a matte really light almost nudey brown. Then we have Dusk which is a very pretty pink that falls between light and medium and has just a bit of shine. Next to that is Blush and that is a light matte mauve and the last shadow is Fate, a very deep matte chocolate brown.
That about wraps it up for this post, if you got any of the same products in your May BoxyCharm Box let me know and if not I’d love to know what you did get.
Until next time, enjoy your products and I can’t wait to see what I get in my June BoxyCharm box :).
Today I thought it would be fun to share with you the makeup look that I did for Easter and how I did it. For this look I wanted something fun with pastels and I’m really happy with the way it came out.
So the first thing I did for this look was prime my face using the GlamGlow Glowstarter Mega Illuminating Moisturizer in Nude Glow. This gives a great subtle glow under foundation. Then I went in with my foundation, the Covergirl + Olay Simply Ageless Foundation in 205, Ivory. Next I applied my Maybelline Fit Me concealer in 5, Ivory under my eyes and a few other places I wanted more coverage. And I topped that off with the KVD Vegan Beauty Lock-It translucent setting powder.
For the rest of my face I started with bronzer and used the Too Faced Extra Toasty, this is a lighter brown and it has a nice amount of pigment and it blends really nicely. I then used the Model Co blush in Peach Bellini, this has a little bit of shimmer and shine and isn’t too pink and I highlighted with the Maybelline Master Chrome highlighter in Molten Rose Gold. This is such a beautiful highlighter, it’s the perfect shade and it has a great pop when the light hits it without it being over the top. This is probably my favorite drugstore highlighter.
For my eyes I didn’t have a real plan going into it but a few shadows stood out and I went for it. The first thing I did though was prime them with the Too Faced Shadow Insurance 24+ Hour Anti-Crease Eyeshadow Primer. Then I went into the Anastasia Beverly Hills Sultry palette and put Fresh all over my lid as a base. Next I used Bloom, which is a matte pinky coral, from the Sultry palette and packed that into the crease and blended. From there I went into the big palette from the Too Faced Christmas Cookie House Party and packed That’s My Jam, a berry toned purple, on the outer corner of my eye and a little bit into the crease to meet Bloom. On my lid I used I Love Yule, a really pretty pink with gold sparkles and I lightly dabbed Tinsel Town, an icy and sparkly purple/white, on top to bring all the colors together. Eyeliner wise I used and KVD Vegan Beauty Tattoo Liner in Trooper and topped off the eyes with the Urban Decay Perversion mascara. On my lips I applied a Too Faced Melted Matte Liquid Lipstick in Queen B, a very pretty mauvey purple and set the whole look with the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray.
That about wraps it up for this post, I always love doing posts like this so look out for more in the future and I’d love to know what your Easter makeup look was.
Until next time, have fun creating different looks and you can never have too many sparkly eyeshadows :).
Today I thought it would be fun to talk about four makeup looks that I did this month that I had a lot of fun with. I was noticing that I have quite a few different green eyeshadows throughout different palettes, so during the week leading up to St. Patrick’s Day I did different looks using them and I’m really pleased with how they all turned out.
The first look we have is very simple. The first thing I did was prime my face using the First Aid Beauty Hello FAB Pores Be Gone Matte Primer, I’ve been using this primer for a while and I really like it. First Aid Beauty has a great range of products and all the ones I’ve tried have been great. Then I went in with my foundation, the Covergirl + Olay Simply Ageless in 205, Ivory. Then I applied my Maybelline Fit Me concealer in 5, Ivory under my eyes and anywhere else I wanted more coverage. I topped that off with the KVD Vegan Beauty Lock-It Translucent setting powder.
For the rest of my face I used one of my favorite bronzers, the Nars bronzing powder in Laguna. This is a nice lighter brown that’s really blendable and has a nice shimmer to it. Then I went in with a Model Co blush in Peach Bellini and highlighted using the Maybelline Master Chrome highlighter in Molten Rose Gold. This is one of my all time favorite highlighters, it’s a beautiful rose gold that really pops when the light hits it without being too over the top.
For my eyes I started off by covering them with a little concealer and then I went in with my eyeliner. I used the Lord & Berry Velluto eye pencil in 1808, Supreme Green. This is a deep green that is really pigmented and goes on nice and smooth. I topped that with the Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara, applied Colourpop Lippie Stix in Slacker, this is a gorgeous peachy/nude in a creme finish and set the look with the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray.
The next look is one that I found while scrolling through Pinterest and thought it would be really fun to try and recreate and I’m super happy with how it turned out.
For this look I started with the GlamGlow Glowstarter Mega Illuminating Moisturizer in Nude Glow. This is something you can wear on it’s own, under foundation or you can use as a highlighter but I like it the best under foundation and it gives a nice subtle glow. I followed that with my Covergirl + Olay foundation, Maybelline Fit Me concealer and I set it with the Too Faced Peach Perfect Mattifying Loose Setting Powder. You get a nice smooth finish with this powder and it smells like peaches.
For the rest of my face I applied the Too Faced Extra Toasty bronzer, this too is a nice lighter brown that blends really nicely. Model Co blush in Peach Bellini and the Maybelline Master Chrome highlighter in Molten Rose Gold.
The eye look is where it gets fun. To start I applied the Too Faced Shadow Insurance 24+ Hour Anti-Crease Eyeshadow Primer, then I went into the big palette from the Too Faced Christmas Cookie House Party Collection and the first shadow I applied is Cream Filling, I used this as a base all over the eye. Then I went in to Oh Snap! And did that in the crease and a little bit on the outer corner of the eye. I wanted something with some sparkle that wasn’t too crazy so I went in to Icing On Top for my eyelid. It’s a gorgeous light rose gold. Then to bring in the green I went to the e.l.f. Haute Chocolate Eyes Sugar palette and put the deep sparkly green under my eye and for a little bit of pop I put a tiny bit of sparkly silver in the inner corner. Eyeliner wise I used the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil in Perversion and I topped off the eyes with the Urban Decay Perversion mascara. For my lips I used the Model Co Illusion Lip Liner, which is a great nude liner, and the Too Faced Peach Kiss Moisture Matte Long Wear Lipstick in Sex On The Peach. And set the whole look with the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray.
The second to last look I did is one that I do more often than any of the others and I think it’s a fun look.
To start I primed my face with the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Quench Hydrating Primer. Then I used my Covergirl + Olay foundation, Maybelline Fit Me concealer and Too Faced Peach Perfect Mattifying Loose Setting Powder.
For the rest of my face I went in first with the Too Faced Extra Toasty bronzer, then with the Too Faced Daydreamer blush. This blush is a light/medium pink, it’s really pretty on and very buildable. Then I used the Maybelline Master Chrome highlighter in Molten Rose Gold.
For my eyes I applied the Too Faced Shadow Insurance 24+ Hour Anti-Crease Eyeshadow Primer then used the e.l.f. Haute Chocolate Eyes Sugar Palette and the first shadow I used is a really light peachy/nude and I used that as a base all over the eye. Then I went in to a deep matte green and put that lightly in the crease and more heavily on the outer corner of the eye. And I used the sparkly silver on the lid. I applied the KVD Vegan Beauty Tattoo Liner in Trooper and topped off the eyes with the Lancome Monsieur Big mascara, this does fantastic things for your lashes. I used the Nars Satin Lipstick in Tolede on my lips and set the look with the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray.
And the last look I did was for St. Patrick’s Day. I had a lot of fun with this one and it looked even brighter in person than in the photo.
I started this one with the GlamGlow Glowstarter Mega Illuminating Moisturizer in Nude Glow then used my Covergirl + Olay foundation, Maybelline Fit Me concealer and KVD Vegan Beauty Lock-It Translucent Setting Powder.
For the rest of my face I used the Too Faced Extra Toasty bronzer, Model Co blush in Peach Bellini and Maybelline Master Chrome highlighter in Molten Rose Gold.
For my eyes after applying the Too Faced Shadow Insurance 24+ Hour Anti-Crease Eyeshadow Primer I used that really light peachy/nude shadow from the e.l.f. Haute Chocolate Eyes Sugar Palette as a base, then I went into the e.l.f. Bite Size Eyeshadow Palette in Hot Jalapeno and I used every shade. I first used that light matte green and put that in the crease. Then I used the dark matte green and put that a little bit in the crease but mostly on the outer corner of the eye. I put the bright sparkly gold on the lid and dabbed the light sparkly green on top of that. It made a really fun color mix. I used the KVD Vegan Beauty Tattoo Liner in Trooper and finished the eyes with the Benefit BAD gal BANG! mascara. For my lips I applied the Sephora Collection Rouge Gel Lip Liner in 02 Nothin’ But Nude and the KVD Vegan Beauty Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Ludwig. And set the whole look with the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray.
That about wraps it up for this post, I always really like doing these posts so look out for more in the future.
Until next time, have fun creating different looks and you can never have too many green eyeshadows :).
Today I’m going to be showing and walking through three of my recent makeup looks. I always enjoy doing this type of post, and with that being said, let’s get into it.
The first look we have is from right after Christmas when I was wanting to try out my new makeup, so I had a little look through the Too Faced Christmas Cookie House Party collection. I did do a post on that recently, so I will link that down below. The first thing I did was prime my face with the Make Up For Ever Step 1 Smoothing Primer, I’ve been using this primer for a while and I really like it. It gives me a great base to work with. Then I went in with my foundation, the Covergirl + Olay Simply Ageless in 205, Ivory. After that I used the Maybelline Fit Me concealer in 5, Ivory and I put that under my eyes to highlight and a few other places. And I topped that off with the Too Faced Peach Perfect Mattifying Loose Setting Powder in Translucent Peach Whisper. This has quickly become one of my go to setting powders, it gives you a great smooth finish and it smells like peaches which is a nice addition.
For the rest of my face I used the blush, bronzer, highlighter palette from the Christmas Cookie House Party collection. The bronzer, Extra Toasty is a really nice lighter brown and it blends really nicely. The blush, Daydreamer is a lighter to medium pink and it’s very buildable and the highlighter, Get Frosted, is gold with pink undertones and it’s so pretty.
For my eye look I wanted to do something simple but fun. So the first thing I did was use the Too Faced 24+ Hour Anti Crease Shadow Insurance Eye Shadow Primer. This primer is great, it locks in my eye shadow and it works really well with glitter and shimmer shadows. Then I went in with What A Batch, I used that as my base shadow and because it’s a lighter brown that gives off a nice color, I used a little extra in the crease. Then I used Secret Santa, a deep chocolate brown on the outer corner and brought it in a bit and blended. I then took Easy Bake Lovin’ which is a really pretty, and pigmented, deep sparkly copper and put that over the rest of my eyelid and blended. I used the Kat Von D Beauty Tattoo Liner in Trooper and topped it off with the Smashbox Super Fan Fanned Out mascara. To bring the look together I used the Too Faced Peach Kiss Lipstick in Sex On The Peach. There are a ton of different shades of these lipsticks but they’re all really pigmented, long wearing and smell like peaches.
My second look was from that time between Christmas and New Years when no one really knows what to do with themselves and for the first time in a while, I was bored. So I thought that having fun with makeup would be a great way to use my time. I was right.
For this look, I used the GlamGlow Glowstarter Mega Illuminating Moisturizer in Nude Glow, then same base as the previous look. Covergirl + Olay Simple Ageless foundation in 205, Ivory. Maybelline Fit Me concealer in 5, Ivory and Too Faced Peach Perfect Mattifying Loose Setting Powder.
For the rest of my face I used the Too Faced Extra Toasty bronzer, the Seraphine Botanicals Lychee + Gold Healthy Glow Rose-Gold Blush, which is one of my favorites. And the Too Faced Get Frosted highlighter. The rose gold sparkle in the blush goes so well with the tone and sparkle of Get Frosted.
For my eyes I went to the smaller palette in the Christmas Cookie House Party collection and after using the Too Faced Shadow Insurance, I first went in with On A Roll which is a light beigey nude and I used that as a base and I put a little extra in the crease. Then I used Can’t Catch Me, which is a dark brown, in the outer corner and I brought that in a little bit. I then picked the glitter shadow that on first glance stood out the most and that is Snow Pink and it’s rose gold. Since this look I’ve worn another glitter shadow and they’re all so good. I went with my go to Kat Von D Beauty Tattoo Liner in Trooper for liner and finished the look with the Lancome Monsieur Big mascara, my favorite of the Lancome mascaras. I wanted a more neutral lip so I used the Too Faced Peach Kiss Lipstick in Sex On The Peach. And spritzed my face with the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray.
And the third look we have is from NYE. For this look I wanted to do something fun and play with color.
My base for this look is the same as the previous, GlamGlow Glowstarter Mega Illuminating Moisturizer in Nude Glow primer, Covergirl + Olay Simply Ageless foundation in 205, Ivory, Maybelline Fit Me concealer in 5, Ivory and Too Faced Peach Perfect Mattifying Loose Setting Powder.
For the rest of my face, I used one of my favorite bronzers, Benefit Hoola, then I used the Model Co blush in Peach Bellini and the Too Faced Get Frosted highlighter.
For my eyes, the first thing I did was apply the Too Faced Shadow Insurance Eye Shadow primer, then I went in with Cream Filling, which is a nude and I used that as a base. Then I used That’s My Jam, a really fun and pretty berry toned purple and I used that on the outer corner of my eye and brought it in about halfway and blended. I wanted something that would add sparkle and go with the purple, so I used Tinsel Town, which is a sparkly purple/white. I then used the Kat Von D Beauty Tattoo Liner in Trooper and brought it together with the Urban Decay Perversion mascara. I wanted a little bit of sparkle on my lips as well so I used the Anastasia Beverly Hills Matte Liquid Lipstick in Crush and topped it with 69, Winter Blizzard from the Sephora Collection Frosted Kisses #LipStories set. It’s a metallic white base with pink shimmer and it’s so gorgeous. Then I spritzed my face with the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray.
That about wraps it up for this post, like I said, I quite like doing this type of post so look out for more in the future.
Until next time, have fun creating different looks and makeup is always fun :).
