Hi everyone,
I recently decided, because it’s getting towards the end of the year, to try out a few new subscription boxes. And today I’m going to be unboxing and reviewing the first one that I received, the October Rocksbox. Rocksbox is a jewelry subscription service that sends you 3 pieces, each month with the option to buy and you can swap out any/all of your jewelry before they send your box out. It’s a really good concept and I don’t know why it took me so long to subscribe to them.
When you open the box you’re met with a little card that says ‘but first, jewelry’ and has info about your set for the month. Under that is a welcome card with info about the brand and under that is a jewelry care card.
Under the paperwork is polka dot tissue paper, which is wrapped around the jewelry and held together with an ‘enjoy’ sticker.
Each piece of jewelry comes in it’s own soft drawstring bag and I love that, great for storage and protection.
So my first piece of jewelry is a pair of gorgeous Kendra Scott Harrison Drop Earrings in Rose Gold and Rose Gold Druzy. These have a great sparkle and are so pretty when the light hits them.
Next up we have a Sophie Harper x Sterling Silver Double Layer Disc Necklace. I love necklaces like this. The simplicity, the detail and the sparkle is perfect.
And the last piece in this set is the Ava Rose Aspen Bracelet in Gold and Lapis. I don’t wear a lot of bracelets like this but I really liked the look of it on the website and I’m glad I chose it. The pop of color and the simplicity is great.
I didn’t include any pictures of me wearing the jewelry because I didn’t want to put them all on just to take pictures so when I wear them in real life situations I’ll post pictures on my Instagram.
That about wraps it up for this post, overall I’m really impressed with Rocksbox and I recommend.
Until next time, enjoy your jewelry and you can never subscribe to too many boxes :).
